Breaking: 10 People Feared Dead As Fresh Bomb Blast Hits Maiduguri Market
Reports have it that there has been a bomb attack at a crowded market in the Borno state capital, Maiduguri. The bomb is said to be have been detonated by a suicide bomber riding the popular tricycle transportation medium, Keke Napep. The bomber tried to gain access into the motor park of the Baga fish market when the explosive went off.
About 10 people are confirmed dead, and many more injured. A security source to reporters “About ten persons were confirmed killed so far but the blast was massive. We are still taking count of casualties.” So far no one has claimed responsibility for the attacks but as always, many hands will be pointed toward Boko Haram.
