Akus is currently recruiting to fill the following positions:
Position 1: Senior sells distributor rep.
Position 2: Marketing supply chain specialist.
Position 3: Sells motivator trainer.
Location: Enugu – Nigeria, ABIA, IMO, CROSS RIVERS, AKWA IBOM, BENUE,
KOGI, RIVERS, BAYELSA KWARA, BAUCHI, PLATEAU, TARABA, JIGAWA, KANO,
KATSINA, KEBBI, SOKOTO, ZAMFARA, DELTA, EDO, ONDO, OSUN, OYO,
NASARAWA, NIGER.
Number of Persons Required: X75 Person.
Job Description: Senior sells distributor rep will provide leadership in the state he or she is covering, build capacity to accelerate sells and marketing of our products, he or she will be paid based on performance base system (target).
He or she must ensure that every month at least 15 of our interest customers (Health care givers) are register into our system network chain regular distributors, purchase at least a carton and a roll of our products.
He or she must follow all the costumer up and make sure that they pay into the company’s account and received their ordered products (commodities).
He or she must ensure that the old customers are maintained and regular follow up to their orders as She/he introduces new customers to the system.
He or she will continue to work with technical adviser and our DMD.
Qualifications/Requirements: OND, HND, BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, Economics, Pub Admin, Health Education, Business Edu. Related courses with skills below can be evaluated.
*       Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and a
local language of the applicant area will be an advantage.
*       Ability to convince customers with gentle persuasion and smart.
*       Applicant must have at least 18 months to two years’ experience in any type of marketing either network marketing or other related marketing.
*       Computer skills including Microsoft word, Excel and power-point, use of internet are essential.
*       Ability to dress corporate neat and well looking at all time.
*       Ability to speak with enthusiasm and power of conviction.
*       Applicant must be a residence of location where she/he is applying from.
*       Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% time within the state is a requirement.
*       Clear understanding of public health issues and challenges in Nigeria.
*       Ability to browse information and update knowledge in medical and medical related issues.
*       Ability to produce accurate reports and data on activities.
