ISIS Decapitates British Captive, Threatens To Kill US War Veteran

British aid worker Alan Henning has been beheaded by ISIS fighter Jihadi John in a video online video posted by the terror group online.
Before he wad killed, Mr Henning gave a short forced speech in which he blamed his execution on Parliament’s decision to launch strikes against Islamic State in Iraq, he says,
“I am Alan Henning. Because of our Parliament’s decision to attack the Islamic State [ISIS], I, as a member of the British public, will now pay the price for that decision,” Henning says in the video, before his apparent executioner speaks.
“The blood of [fellow slain captive] David Haines was on your hands, [British Prime Minister David] Cameron. Alan Henning will also be slaughtered but his blood is on the hands of the British Parliament,”  the black clad militant says.
Jihadi John then moves to cut Henning’s throat and the footage cuts to black, before his body is shown lying on the desert floor. The black-clad militant then reappears with Peter Kassig, who is shown kneeling in the same position as Mr Henning with a caption showing his name.
He then adds: “Obama you have started your aerial bombardment in Sham (Syria) which keeps on striking our people, so it’s only right we continue to strike the necks of your people.”
The footage begins with an English-language news report broadcast on the night Parliament voted to approve airstrikes against Islamic State. It then cuts to static and fades to black, before the note ‘Another message to America and its allies’ appears on the screen in English and Arabic.
Mr Henning, from Salford, UK, was seized as he delivered aid to Syrian refugees. The Foreign Office last night said they were looking into reports that Mr Henning had been killed.
Despite the video’s authenticity could not be immediately verified, though it was released in the same manner as other Islamic State group videos. It would be recalled that Henning’s death follows that of Haines, a British aid worker, as well as two American journalists, James Foley and Steven Sotloff, who were all killed separately in a similar, brutal fashion.
ISIS is the self-designated Islamic State, which previously called itself the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) or the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). In its self-proclaimed status as a caliphate, it claims religious authority over all Muslims worldwide and aims to bring most Muslim-inhabited regions of the world under its political control, beginning with territory in the Levant region, which includes Syria, Jordan, Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, Cyprus, and part of southern Turkey.
