Photos: Angry Mob Sets Three Suspected Kidnappers Ablaze In Osogbo, Ogun [Viewer Discretion Advised]

Three suspected kidnappers were burnt to death in the capital city of Ogun State, Osogbo on April 25, 2014, Friday.
The suspects have been caught by angry youths, led by commercial motorcyclists, in different parts of the city. They attacked the suspects with sticks, woods cudgel before setting them ablaze with old tires.
The anti-kidnap operation started based on an alleged confession by another suspected kidnapper caught on April 24, 2014, Thursday, who escaped being lynched due to timely intervention by the police.
The police condemned the acts of jungle justice, reminded that it said was against the law. He said the state would not be allowed to be turned into a theater of crisis, vowing that the police would do everything possible to forestall further breakdown of law and order.
The Governor of Ogun State, Rauf Aregbesola, warned the residents against taking the laws into their own hands.
