Hello EJB reader My fiance left me after 5 years,please what should i do?

My fiance left me after 5 yrs. I hurt every day and feel very hollow.
I know she misses me too and that she hurts as well. She said that she
needs space. I have been out of a job for over a yr and she took care
of all the bills. I needed to clean more but didnt. I love her with all my
heart and she wants to be best friends. That does everything together
because she does not want me out of her life. I love her what do I
do?
